WAGYU CUTS
When you buy a Wagyu pack from us, you can expect overall very high quality meat, with high grade marbling. Prime cuts alone are often worth over $150 a kg.

Ribeye Steak (Scotch Fillet) – classic premium cut, ideal for showcasing marbling.

Porterhouse combines tenderloin and striploin on the same bone.

Brisket (Point & Flat) – beautifully marbled, melts down with long, slow smoking.

Tenderloin (Filet Mignon / Chateaubriand) – the most tender, leaner but still buttery in Wagyu.

Skirt Steak (Inside/Outside) – rich and beefy; great for searing.

Short Rib (Bone-In or Boneless) – rich and flavorful; perfect for slow cooking or smoking.

Striploin (New York Strip / Sirloin) – juicy, balanced marbling, slightly firmer bite.

Flank Steak – flavorful, perfect for marinating and grilling.

Chuck Eye Roll / Chuck Rib Steak – rich and versatile; tender when slow-cooked.

Top Round / Bottom Round – used for roasts, thin-sliced dishes, or jerky.
Pre-order information
With our Marble Forged Wagyu, every order begins on the farm at Blaze Acres in Drouin, and is professionally cut and packaged by a local butcher. We produce in scheduled batches to ensure each cut is perfectly fresh, expertly prepared, and delivered at its best.

When you place a preorder, your Wagyu is reserved directly from our next harvest. Once ready, it’s hand-cut by our butchers, cryovac or modified atmosphere vacuum-sealed for freshness, and packed for safe, chilled delivery to your door.

Each steak or mince portion is packaged individually and labelled with freezer safe labels.

We provide you an estimation of delivery (displayed in the pack information prior to ordering), and will call you to schedule a delivery once we confirm the order delivery date.

Our Story
Starting at our farm 'Blaze Acres' in Drouin our Marble Forged Wagyu begins with a story — one rooted in the rolling green pastures of Gippsland, surrounded by generations of dairy farms. Here, patience, respect for the land, and a deep care for our animals come together to create Wagyu of extraordinary quality.

Our herd is made up exclusively of Fullblood, Purebred and F3 Wagyu — cattle carrying 93–100% pure Wagyu genetics. Unlike common F1 crosses (typically only 50% Wagyu), these animals deliver the deep marbling, buttery texture, and refined flavor that define true premium Wagyu beef.

Raised slowly and ethically, starting life on rich dairy pastures that provide natural nutrition and space to roam. Calves stay with their mothers longer, growing strong on Gippsland grass before being introduced to a custom grain blend designed to enhance the marbling and tenderness Wagyu is famous for.

From careful breeding to thoughtful finishing, every step reflects our belief that true quality can’t be rushed — it’s forged through time, tradition, and respect.
